Win It In A Minute is a wildly energetic, game show-style team-building experience where everyday objects become the stars of hilarious, high-stakes 60-second challenges. Designed to test speed, coordination, and creativity, each round pushes participants to think fast, move quicker, and cheer louder as they race the clock and each other in an electrifying series of mini games. Whether stacking cups, flipping pencils, or balancing objects, every challenge is accessible, inclusive, and laugh-out loud fun.

 

Event Flow:

  1. Welcome & Icebreaker
    A high-energy host welcomes the group and introduces the mission and format.
    • Lighthearted icebreakers get teams talking, laughing, and ready to play.
    • Teams are formed and given fun, themed team names to spark spirit and connection.

 

  1. Challenge Briefing & Practice Round
    The rules are explained: complete each 60-second challenge with speed and precision to score points.
    • Teams get a quick practice round to get familiar with the format and build confidence.
    • Roles rotate every round, ensuring full participation and spotlight moments for everyone.

 

  1. Rapid-Fire Challenge Rounds
    Teams rotate through a series of laugh-filled mini-games — from Chopstix Master to Quick Shuffle to Bingo Pong.
    • Each challenge is designed to highlight different strengths, encouraging collaboration and creative problem-solving.
    • Points are awarded per round, and leaderboard updates keep the energy high and competitive.
  2. Finale & Awards
    A final “mystery challenge” puts teamwork and determination to the test in one last race to the finish.
    • Prizes are awarded for top-performing teams, best team spirit, and most creative performances.
