Event Flow

  1. Welcome, Intro & Icebreaker
  • Participants are welcomed by a lively host and introduced to the Mixology Challenge
  • A quick icebreaker sets the tone for relaxed competition and creativity
  • The mixologist shares fun facts about spirits, cocktails, and mixing techniques
  1. App Launch & Ingredient Challenges
  • Teams are formed and receive iPads® loaded with BridgeTheApp™
  • Teams complete cocktail-themed trivia, photo, and video challenges to earn:
    • Spirits and mixers
    • Garnishes and flavor upgrades
    • Mixing tools or presentation bonuses
    • Strategy plays a role as teams decide how to allocate their earned resources
  1. Mixology Instruction & Tasting
  • The professional mixologist demonstrates key techniques and classic recipes
  • Teams learn about balance, flavor profiles, and presentation
  • Participants taste along as they build confidence behind the bar
  1. Create the Signature Cocktail
  • Teams design and mix their own signature cocktail using earned ingredients
  • Creativity is encouraged through naming, garnish, and glass presentation
  • Teams prepare a short description or story behind their drink
  1. Cocktail Showcase & Judging
  • Each team presents their cocktail to the group or judging panel
  • Judges score based on:
    • Flavor and balance
    • Creativity and presentation
    • Team collaboration and storytelling
    • Lighthearted competition keeps the energy high
  1. Awards, Toast & Wrap-Up
  • Winners are announced in fun categories such as:
