Unleash the power of music and teamwork in this high-energy, hands-on event where participants build real guitars for a deserving charitable organization. Through fun musical challenges, creative customization, and heartfelt dedications, teams work together to craft instruments that inspire joy and self-expression. The experience blends collaboration, problem-solving, and community impact, all while celebrating the transformative role of music. The event crescendos with a powerful donation ceremony—leaving everyone moved, connected, and ready to rock.

 

Event Flow:

  1. Welcome & Icebreaker
    • Kick off with an inspiring introduction on the transformative power of music and how it shapes minds, emotions, and communities.
    • A musical warm-up game or trivia session (e.g., “Name That Tune,” “Finish the Lyric,” or “Music Memory Match”) gets participants energized and connected.
  2. Mission Brief & Team Formation
    • Teams are formed and briefed on their mission: to build a playable guitar for a very deserving child, veteran, etc.
    • Participants learn about the recipient organization or school and the importance of arts education access.
  3. BridgeTheApp™ Challenge Series
    • Using iPads equipped with our BridgeTheApp™ gamification app, teams tackle a series of fun physical, mental, and music-themed photo, video, and trivia challenges.
    • Each completed challenge earns parts, tools, or customization supplies needed for guitar assembly.
  4. Guitar Build & Customization
    • With easy-to-follow, “plug-and-play” instructions, teams assemble high-quality guitars.
    • Creative team members decorate the guitars or create custom notes and keepsakes for the recipients.
  5. Presentations & Awards
    • Each team shares their creation and their rock n roll artist/venue show poster.
    • Awards categories might include:
    – iPad Points
    – Artist/Venue Show Poster
    – Rockstar Spirit Award
    – “Future Fender Hall of Famer” Award

 

  1. Give Back Ceremony & Musical Moment
    • Upon availability, a representative from the beneficiary organization accepts the guitars on behalf of the organization.
    • When possible, a surprise visit from children receiving the guitars brings the impact full circle.
    • Guitars are gifted alongside cases, picks, and tuners, ensuring each recipient is ready to rock.
