Snapshot

Clear vision means nothing without clear communication. SNAPSHOT: Leadership Edition puts managers and leaders to the test by challenging them to translate intent into action through layered communication—revealing how quickly clarity can be lost without alignment.

Main Info

SNAPSHOT: Leadership Edition is a decisive leadership and management training experience that exposes how vision, direction, and decision-making travel through an organization. Designed to mirror real-world corporate communication structures, this challenge highlights the role of leaders in setting clear expectations, empowering others, and maintaining alignment across teams. Through intentional communication constraints and role-based responsibility, participants experience firsthand how misalignment, assumptions, and unclear messaging impact execution. The final reveal delivers measurable insight into leadership effectiveness, organizational clarity, and trust.
