Monster Truck Rally is a bold, high-impact team-building experience that pushes creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving to the limit. Using primarily cardboard and duct tape, teams race against the clock to design and build a monster truck–style vehicle capable of supporting the entire team. With no step-by-step instructions, participants must rely on communication, leadership, and ingenuity. Alongside vehicle construction, teams collaborate on a shared arena environment and finish with a live marketing pitch — all culminating in a judged showdown for monster-sized bragging rights.
