LEGO Brick Masters is a playful yet competitive team-building event that reignites childhood creativity while putting collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation to the test. Teams earn their building advantages by completing photo, video, and trivia challenges on BridgeTheApp, our proprietary iPad gamification platform. As points unlock resources and influence scoring, teams race to design and construct impressive LEGO creations limited only by imagination. With judging based on creativity, challenge performance, and building scale, the event culminates in a dramatic reveal to determine who earns the coveted Brick Master title.

Event Flow

  1. Welcome, Theme Intro & Icebreaker
  • Participants are welcomed by an energetic facilitator and introduced to the LEGO Brick Masters challenge
  • A fun, creativity-driven icebreaker helps teams loosen up and shift into builder mode
  • Teams are formed and briefed on objectives, scoring, and time limits
  1. App Launch & Challenge Brief
  • Each team receives an iPad® loaded with BridgeTheApp
  • Facilitators explain how teams’ complete photo, video, and trivia challenges to earn points
  • Points influence building advantages, bonuses, or scoring weight
  1. Brick Earning & Strategy Phase
  • Teams tackle app-based challenges to maximize their point totals
  • Strategic decisions are made around design direction, scale, and complexity
  • Teams plan their build before construction officially begins
  1. Build, Create & Collaborate
  • The build clock starts, and creativity takes over
  • Teams design and construct their LEGO masterpieces with unlimited brick potential
  • Collaboration, communication, and innovation drive progress as structures grow
  1. Final Reveal & Judging
  • Teams present their finished builds to the group
  • Judges score based on:
    • Creativity and originality
    • Size and visual impact
    • Points earned through BridgeTheApp challenges
      • One team is crowned LEGO Brick Masters

  • Winning teams are recognized and celebrated
