Create with Clay is a collaborative, creativity-driven team-building experience that proves you don’t need to be a master sculptor to create great art—just a willingness to work together. Participants are divided into teams, each responsible for sculpting one portion of a larger, shared clay sculpture. Using BridgeTheApp, teams complete interactive challenges to earn tools, materials, and creative advantages before bringing their vision to life. Guided by professional artists, the experience blends imagination, communication, and coordination into a stunning collective result.

Event Flow

  1. Welcome, Creative Framing & Icebreaker
  • Participants are welcomed by a facilitator and introduced to the Create with Clay challenge
    • Famous sculptures and artists are referenced to reinforce the idea that everyone starts as an amateur
    • A light creative icebreaker helps teams loosen up and think visually
  1. Team Formation & Sculpture Reveal
  • Teams are formed and each receives an image or blueprint of their assigned section of the final sculpture
    • Facilitators reveal the big picture: all pieces must align to form one unified sculpture
    • Teams discuss how their section connects to others and why alignment matters
  1. BridgeTheApp Launch & Resource Challenges
  • Each team receives an iPad® loaded with BridgeTheApp
    • Teams complete photo, video, and trivia challenges to earn:
  • Additional clay
  • Sculpting tools
  • Texture, detail, or finishing upgrades
    • Strategic decisions determine how teams invest their earned points
  1. Sculpt, Shape & Collaborate
  • Teams begin sculpting their assigned portion of the artwork
    • Roles naturally emerge, such as:
  • Shapers and builders
  • Detail and texture artists
  • Coordinators and quality checkers
    • Professional artists circulate to provide guidance and ensure sections align
  1. Assembly & Final Reveal
  • Completed sections are brought together to form the full sculpture
    • Teams assist with final adjustments to ensure seamless connections
    • The finished piece is unveiled to the full group
  1. Gallery Moment, Photos & Wrap-Up
  • Facilitator highlights collaboration, creativity, and communication throughout the process
    • Group photos capture the completed sculpture and proud creators
    • Teams leave inspired, connected, and amazed by what they built together
