Brand Camp is a high-energy, creativity-driven team-building experience that immerses participants in the art and science of branding. Inspired by iconic brands like Kleenex, Sharpie, and ChapStick, teams learn how powerful branding turns ordinary products into unforgettable names. Using BridgeTheApp, participants complete interactive challenges to earn strategic advantages before collaborating to build a complete brand—from name and identity to messaging and marketing. The experience culminates in a live, TV-style commercial showdown judged by branding professionals.

Event Flow

  1. Welcome, Branding Intro & Icebreaker
    • Participants are welcomed by the facilitator and introduced to the concept of iconic branding
    • Real-world examples highlight how brands become part of everyday language
    • A quick icebreaker gets teams thinking creatively about names, images, and perception
  2. Team Formation & Brand Brief
    • Teams are formed and introduced to the Brand Camp mission
    • Facilitators explain how branding drives alignment, engagement, and impact
    • Teams learn that success depends on strategy, creativity, and consistency
  3. BridgeTheApp Branding Challenges
    • Each team receives an iPad® loaded with BridgeTheApp
    • Teams complete branding- and marketing-themed trivia, photo, and video challenges
    • Points earned allow teams to:
      • Unlock priority access to limited product names
      • Gain branding or production advantages
      • Competition intensifies as teams race to secure the best options
  4. Brand Creation & Strategy
    • Teams select their product name using earned points
    • Teams collaborate to build their brand, including:
      • Brand identity and positioning
      • Target audience
      • Messaging and personality
      • Creativity, alignment, and storytelling take center stage
  5. Commercial Creation & Rehearsal
    • Teams script, stage, and rehearse a short TV-style commercial
    • Roles may include:
      • On-camera talent
      • Director or producer
      • Brand strategist
      • Facilitators provide guidance while encouraging bold ideas
  6. Commercial Showcase & Judging
    • Teams perform their commercials in front of the full group
    • Branding professionals judge based on:
      • Brand clarity and consistency
      • Creativity and memorability
      • Teamwork and presentation
      • iPad challenge points are combined with performance scores
  7. Awards, Photos & Wrap-Up
    • Final scores are tallied, and an overall Brand Camp winner is crowned
    • Group photos capture the creative energy and big ideas
    • Teams leave energized, aligned, and inspired—ready to think like brand builders
