Pickleball Mania is a dynamic, highly inclusive team-building experience built around one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. Designed for all ages, skill levels, and activity preferences, this event brings people together through proximity of play, light competition, and shared fun. Courts can be set up virtually anywhere—indoors or outdoors—creating a neutral environment that breaks down workplace barriers and encourages connection. With multiple play formats and optional twists, Pickleball Mania delivers accessible energy and memorable engagement for every participant.

Event Flow

  1. Welcome, Setup & Warm-Up
  • Participants are welcomed by professional facilitators and introduced to the Pickleball Mania experience
  • Courts are set up on the chosen surface (indoor, outdoor, parking lot, or grass)
  • A brief warm-up and rules overview ensures everyone feels comfortable and confident
  1. Team Formation & Format Selection
  • Teams are formed based on group size and desired competitiveness
  • Facilitators explain the selected play format, which may include:
    • Round-robin play
    • Competitive tournament
    • Free-flow, casual play
    • Target-based scoring (Top Golf–style Pickleball)
    • Equipment twists using golf clubs, baseball bats, or tennis rackets
  1. Pickleball Play Begins
  • Matches rotate quickly to keep energy high and wait times low
  • Participants play at their own pace and skill level
  • Facilitators manage scoring, rotations, and engagement
  1. Bonus Challenges & Leaderboard (Optional)
  • Optional bonus challenges add variety and excitement
  • A real-time leaderboard tracks team scores and highlights standout performances
  • Friendly rivalry builds as teams climb the rankings
