Designed to engage both players on the court and teammates on the sidelines, this event combines physical competition with strategy, collaboration, and surprise challenges. Teams battle head-to-head to earn points, adapt on the fly, and navigate unexpected detours that test both mind and body. The excitement builds round by round, culminating in a championship final where only one team earns dodgeball glory.

Event Flow

  1. Welcome, Team Formation & Warm-Up
  • Participants are welcomed by an energetic facilitator and introduced to the tournament format
    • Teams are formed and a team captain is selected
    • A guided warm-up gets bodies moving and prepares teams for play
  1. Rules Brief & Strategy Session
  • Facilitators explain dodgeball rules, scoring, and safety guidelines
    • Teams identify strengths, assign roles, and plan game strategy
    • Non-playing team members learn how to earn bonus points through side activities
  1. Dodgeball Tournament Play
  • Teams compete in a series of dodgeball matches
    • Captains manage rotations and substitutions
    • Players on the sidelines stay engaged through cheering, strategy input, and bonus challenges
