Take a swing at teamwork with Pars & Stripes, a lively event where teams design and play their own themed mini golf course using canned goods and craft supplies. Blending creativity, competition, and community impact, this experience is a hole-in-one for fun and giving back.

Pars & Stripes is a high-energy, hands-on team-building event that fuses creativity, collaboration, and a patriotic spirit. Far from a typical golf outing, this experience invites teams to design and play their own American-themed mini golf course, using canned goods and craft materials. With challenges powered by our BridgeTheApp™ gamification app and a charitable twist, Pars & Stripes builds teamwork while making a meaningful community impact.

 

Event Flow:

  1. Welcome & Icebreaker
    • Participants are welcomed with an overview of the event and its unique blend of fun, teamwork, and giving back.
    • Teams are formed and captains selected through a dynamic, high-energy icebreaker.
  2. BridgeTheApp™ Challenge Kickoff
    • Teams are trained on how to use our gamification app BridgeTheApp, which is how they will earn the items necessary to build their golf holes. Through a variety of fun, interactive, and competitive photo, video, and trivia challenges, teams will stay engaged throughout the duration of the event.
  3. Mini Golf Course Build
    • Using canned goods, felt, construction paper, and tools, teams design and build their own themed miniature golf hole.
    • Emphasis on creativity, storytelling, and teamwork as each team brings a piece of their creativity to life.
  4. Pars & Play
    • The course opens for a round of mini golf! While one team member acts as marshal/scorekeeper, others rotate through each team’s creative hole in a spirited, friendly competition.
    • Laughter, light rivalry, and lots of photo ops ensue.
  5. Scoring, Awards & Giving Back
    • Scores are tallied and awards are presented in fun categories such as:
    – Most Creative Hole Design
    – Most Ingenious Use of a Can
    – Funniest Obstacle
    • Teams deconstruct their holes and prepare the canned goods for donation.
    • A heartfelt donation ceremony concludes with, upon availability, a charity representative thanking the group for their donation.
