1. Welcome & Team Formation
   • Participants are welcomed and divided into teams, either pre-assigned or formed on the spot.
   • Teams are introduced to the day’s playful, water-soaked competition format and safety guidelines.
2. Creative Kickoff: Flags & Anthems
   • Each team designs a custom team or “nation” flag.
   • Teams create and rehearse a short anthem or chant to showcase personality and unity.
   • Performances take place at the mid-game mark, adding creativity and humor to the competition.
3. H2Olympics Challenge Rounds
   • Teams rotate through a series of high-energy, water-based challenges.
