Garden of Hope

Plant the seeds of teamwork and purpose with The Need for Seed—a hands-on team experience that blends creativity, sustainability, and giving back. Through fun, interactive challenges and collaborative planter-building, teams cultivate connection while creating lasting impact for their community.

Main Info

“Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seed you plant.” In this uplifting and hands-on event, teams will cultivate collaboration and creativity while building something meaningful for their community. The Garden of Hope challenges participants to earn materials through fun, interactive games before designing, decorating, and planting custom planter boxes. Along the way, teams learn about sustainability, plant care, and the importance of nurturing growth. The final creations, filled with life and encouragement, are donated to the Sustainable Food Center or another local partner in need—leaving both plants and spirits to flourish.
