This event challenges participants to lean on one another, share ideas, and discover hidden strengths in a playful yet purposeful setting. Teams will collaborate to build a platform strong enough to hold their entire group, conceptualize a humanitarian-focused marketing campaign, and decorate a mystery letter that will later be revealed as part of a larger group message. Communication, collaboration, and creativity aren’t just encouraged—they’re essential to success. Event Flow:

  1. Welcome & Kickoff
  • Guests arrive to an energetic and inviting atmosphere.
  • Facilitator introduces the event and sets the tone: collaboration, creativity, and connection.
  1. Challenge Briefing
  • Teams are formed and given their challenge kits with limited resources. Facilitator explains the three-part challenge: building a platform, creating a campaign, and decorating a mystery letter.
  1. Platform Building Challenge
  • Teams collaborate to design and build sturdy platforms strong enough to hold their entire group.
  • This task encourages resourcefulness, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  1. Marketing Campaign Challenge
  • Teams develop a creative marketing campaign to showcase how their organization can spark greater global impact. Campaigns may include slogans, visuals, storytelling, or mock pitches.
  1. Mystery Letter
  • Each team decorates a large letter on posterboard, without knowing its purpose.
  • Creativity, design, and imagination bring each letter to life.
  1. Team Presentations
  • Teams present their platform, campaign, and mystery letter to the larger group.
  • Presentations are lively and fun, with the option to include skits, chants, or storytelling.
  1. The Big Reveal & Closing
  • The decorated letters are combined to form a surprise word or phrase.
  • Platforms and letters align to symbolize unity, connection, and shared purpose.
  • Facilitator closes the event with reflections on collaboration and achievement.
